back from my run! i went around 5k through the bumpy un-plowed sidewalks.
i tried out this podrunner shift app (where they make a new hour-long mix every week and organize them by bpm). it’s very helpful! i mean, it kinda makes you go at a certain pace and you don’t even realize it until you’re panting! i was a little doubtful when i spent $2.25 for this app but i think it’s gonna work out.
i also wore my new running outfit! these pants are HEAVEN. it’s like they ARE my legs.
